A youth mentorship program, where young people can speak openly in a safe and confidential space.
During psychotherapy sessions, workshops and participating in public events aimed at young people, I have noticed they often hesitate to ask questions of the people closest to them, and cannot find the answers in their environment. The process of transitioning into adulthood brings physical and emotional changes, adding even more distress to an already sensitive period for young adults.
I offer a youth mentorship program, where young people can speak openly in a safe and confidential space.
I offer a youth mentorship program, where young people can speak openly in a safe and confidential space.
The mentorship program is not psychotherapy, but rather a support program that empowers young people and contributes to a higher quality of life.
The program is intended for individuals between 18 and 25 years of age (or those over 16 with the consent of their guardian). From the start of the program, I am committed to keeping all conversation confidential.
The process and contents:
A free introductory 30-minute informational consultation during which we decide on the main topics.
Five 45-minute sessions during which we thoroughly explore the decided topics.
A free follow-up meeting one month after our fifth session.
The mentorship program is offered exclusively online and in the English language. After the introductory consultation, we will schedule five sessions, held in the following five weeks.
Fee - 150€
Participants entering the program will receive an invoice that must be paid before the first session. The program is not a part of psychotherapeutic activities and is not a substitution for psychotherapeutic treatment. The program is meant for individuals but can be adapted for a group upon agreement.
