Have you ever imagined having a complete connection with yourself? Have you ever wondered how to feel your body, emotions and needs while also being completely present in the moment? This connection is usually diminished or broken while we are growing up and developing our personalities, causing us to lose contact with our primary feelings and needs. The connection with the body is most often severed to live (and survive) in our own environment.
I offer therapy where we explore developmental (complex) traumas that can limit our connection with ourselves and our own bodies. Therapy can strengthen authentic expression and feelings, leading to a higher quality of life.
This work is a process. We explore the defenses, patterns, fears and beliefs that prevent us from living the way we want the most.

They are a result of our development, during which we had to learn to suppress our primary desires, needs and reactions to be able to live (and survive) in our own environment and with all its influences. While they were useful to us while we were still entering adulthood, today they are limiting us.

They have become part of our personalities; it is almost impossible to think about living differently or without them.
Is there another way? I like to think so.
I can help you explore your developmental traumas and find a different path. My method of work is not focused on delving into memories, but on working in the present moment and exploring one’s relationship with what we experience and feel while in that moment.

In our intake interview, we will discuss your wishes and concerns, I will explain the way I work, and then we can begin. My role is to create a safe and confidential space in which I can provide feedback to help reflect on your process. Quality treatment requires a continuous process, but the decision on how often to attend therapy is up to you.
I will guide and support you from start to finish.
Your active cooperation is the main driving force of exploration and change in your life. What you explore and discover during therapy can be gradually integrated into your everyday life.
