My practice focuses on supporting adults navigating the effects of complex and developmental trauma—the deep, unseen wounds shaped throughout growing up. Together, we work to understand and reshape the patterns, adaptations, fears, and beliefs that currently influence your relationships, self-worth, and personal freedom.

This connection is usually diminished or broken while we are growing up and developing our personalities, causing us to lose contact with our primary feelings and needs. The connection with the body is most often severed to live (and survive) in our own environment.
They are a result of our development, during which we had to learn to suppress our primary desires, needs and reactions to be able to live (and survive) in our own environment and with all its influences. While they were useful to us while we were still entering adulthood, today they are limiting us.
They have become part of our personalities; it is almost impossible to think about living differently or without them.
